
hester County, January 14, 1768. By virtue of a writ of Venditioni Exponas,
to me directed, on Saturday, the 6th day of February next, at one o [sic],
on the premises, will be sold by vendue, a certain messuage [pronounced
mes-wij, Medieval, means dwelling with adjacent buildings] or tenement,
plantation and tract or parcel of good land thereunto belonging, containing
104 acres, be the same more or less, situate partly in Ashton, and partly
in Chichester township in the county of Chester; bounded by lands of Jacob
Richards, and others; late the estate of Kingsman Dutton, deceased; seized
in execution, and to be sold by John Morton, Sheriff. |
